MARONSHIP b.v.  was founded in 1996 as a private owned company by Mr. Wim H.G. Maronier with office-facilities in Rotterdam and Veenendaal, the Netherlands. The company offers its services to the International Oil Trading and Shipping industry by using its wide experience in the tanker operating and chartering field - deepsea, coastal- and inland tank-barge trading.

Mr. Maronier has been in the international oil trading (crudeoils and refined products) and (tanker) shipowning business since 1962 and has acquired a wide experience since starting his career. Mr. Maronier has also been involved in the past as consultant to other (o.a. EPC) aspects related to the oil and other industries. Maronship b.v.. is a ship(tanker)brokering company specializing in the transportation of crude oil, clean and dirty petroleum products, chemicals and also vegetable oils as well as bio fuels in bulk and has developed a vast network of contacts within the tanker-owning and chartering market and is therefore in a prime position to offer excellent conditions for the movement of oil-related products worldwide.

Annex to this MARONSHIP bv does enter into (long) term T/C or B/B arrangements with shipowners - subject to the actual requirement - enabling to facilitate its clientele with competitive shipping conditions with well equipped modern tank-vessels complying with the highest and most recent ruling maritime classification standards and regulations.

The company’s major operating areas are to and from the Mediterranean/Atlantic ports, NW Europe, UK, Baltic ports, East coast US, Trans Atlantic (SA) and WC Africa.
